1. How do I return an item?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for arranging the return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Methods and Times

 

We are pleased to offer free Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery for all orders. Here's what you can expect:

  • Order placed after 12:00PM are dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday)
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday). 
  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery typically takes 2 days for delivery once the order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend checking the Royal Mail website for any service alerts or updates on potential delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking information for all Royal Mail 48 Tracked deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor the progress of your shipment.
