They are a German brand focused on high-end Korean microfibre, and the products are designed around specific jobs rather than sold as generic cloths. The Incredimitt is the wash mitt the brand is known for, Dry Me Crazy is the drying towel, Chipmunk Edgeless is the general-purpose buffing cloth, the Incredipad and Delipad are applicator pads, and the Incredibrush and Incredibrush FLAT cover interior and detail brushwork with microfibre heads.

The Incredimitt, because the wash mitt is the item in direct contact with your paint for the longest time and is where a cheap product does the most damage. After that, a proper drying towel, since drying is the other high-risk contact stage. Buffing cloths such as the Chipmunk Edgeless matter for wax and sealant removal but are lower risk. Buy quality where the towel touches paint, and economise on wheels and interiors.

They are pole systems with microfibre heads for reaching areas you cannot get to comfortably by hand: roofs on tall vehicles, van sides, the middle of an estate roof and high rear windows. The point is that you keep a soft microfibre face against the paint instead of resorting to a stiff brush on an extension pole, which is where wash marring usually comes from. Wash at 40 degrees with a dedicated microfibre detergent, never with fabric softener, and keep paint towels separate from wheel and interior towels permanently. Softener coats the fibres and destroys absorbency, which is the single most common way people ruin a good drying towel. Air dry or tumble on low, since high heat melts the fibres. Retire any towel that has picked up grit or been dropped on the driveway to wheel duty rather than using it on paint again.
